KARTING GENK GOES NEXT LEVEL
On Saturday, September 18, Karting Genk is taking endurance racing to the next level with the 10H Endurance Race. As with the 6H Endurance, individual timekeeping will be available allowing each driver to observe his lap times individually in the livetiming. Registrations are open as of now.
The information below is the preliminary information. The complete provisional regulations will be announced later this week.
Teams
You assemble your own team consisting of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8 people. Each Pilor must be at least 18 years old.
Karts
Our Pro-karts (Sodi RT8, 3910CC) will be used.
Timing
Set aside the full day for this race. The timing is as follows:
- 07u00 Opening registration
- 09u00 Closing registration
- 09u15 Briefing & changing
- 10u00 Qualifying 30'
- 10u30 End qualifying
- 11u00 Start 10H Endurance Race
- 18u00 Opening buffet
- 21u00 Finish 6h Endurance Race
- 21u15 Podium ceremony
- 21u30 Closing buffet
- 21u30 Afterdrink Bistro
Equipment
Equipment (race suit & helmet) is always available here so you don't need to buy it. If it rains you can use a rain suit.
Due to safety measures, gloves & a balaclava are mandatory. You may bring these yourself, but they can also be purchased in the shop. (€10 together, €5 separately) If you have your own helmet (with visor), a balaclava is not mandatory but recommended.
Rates
Endurance race consisting of 30' qualifying and 6H race
Price: € 1249,- per team
Option: cateringbuffet (€ 20,- per person).
The buffet will consist of:
- Souvlaki's
- Paella
- Lasagne
- Porchetta
- Rice
- Fries
- Bread
- Salad bar
Option: insurance pilot (€5,- per person).
All pilots can take out insurance through Karting Genk for physical injuries that can be sustained during karting. This insurance costs €5 p.p. and is not mandatory. Karting Genk cannot be held responsible for any accidents.

- We also provide a buffet during this race. You can participate in this buffet for €20 per person.

What other thought of Karting Genk...
I received a lot of good feedback, more than at previous events, so I am very happy. The atmosphere was nice as well, people were competitief and enthousiastic. The food was good and there was enough.
Overall the planning was really good. The planning of our team building was guided personally from the beginning and with all the necessary, clear information. The day itself was very nice, all our employees were very enthusiastic.
Every three months, Assign organises an activity for its employees. This time we chose the Grand Prix at Karting Genk. Despite the hot weather it was a very nice experience. Everything was perfectly taken care of from reception to departure. Even after the karting, a refreshment was ready. Afterwards there was room for a delicious pasta buffet and drink. This was a top team building thanks to the friendly staff and the fun track of Karting Genk!
‘Karting Genk’ is een uitstekende locatie om business en fun te combineren. Samen met de Event Manager van ‘Karting Genk’ hebben wij een gecombineerd business- en fun, inclusief catering, maatwerkprogramma kunnen samenstellen. Het business deel van onze meeting kon ongestoord in een aparte ruimte, voorzien van een beamer en Wifi, worden gehouden. Het PRO-circuit was, aansluitend aan het business deel van ons Event, exclusief voor ons beschikbaar voor een Endurance-race. Ook het ‘natje en droogje’ (inclusief BBQ) was gedurende het hele Event voortreffelijk verzorgd door de medewerkers van ‘Karting Genk’. Een paar commentaren van onze medewerkers: ‘Het was een hemelse ervaring!’, ‘Het was echt super vet!’, ‘Het vetste Event tot nu toe!’ en ‘In één woord: TOP!!’
Good organisation and support before, during and after the event!
On Thursday, 8th June, we had our employees' event from Randstad Professionals. Together with about 30 colleagues, we ran a great karting competition on the fun circuit. Enthusiasm everywhere among the participants for speed, agility and challenge! The reception, the operation, the service while driving and the bbq afterwards were all taken care of to the last detail. The food was a great success, which certainly took into account a number of special wishes. A big compliment to the organisation, continue in this way.
Wij hebben samen met onze klant een leuke avond gehad bij Karting Genk. Naast een prachtige locatie krijg je de unieke beleving van het outdoor karten op het professionele circuit. Afgesloten met een heerlijke BBQ maakte deze avond voor ons compleet. Wij danken Karting Genk voor de goede organisatie van de voorbereiding tot en met de afsluiter van het event.
Each year we meet in Karting Genk with a number of contractors from the finishing sector. The craftsmen compete with each other in a 2-hour endurance race on the big circuit. On the terrace overlooking the track we enjoy a delicious barbecue while watching which team of craftsmen turn the karts most skillfully. The organization is always in top shape and the hospitable crew always welcomes us with a smile. In short, a carefree and enjoyable evening!
Our group was warmly welcomed at Karting Genk. As a personal touch, the logo of our design office was shown on the welcome signs and on the big screen along the track. After a short safety briefing the fun could start. The mini Grand Prix package, followed by a 3-course lunch overlooking the track, turned out to be a very nice teambuilding event
With our business team we booked a driver training ‘Gold’ in search of more speed, tactics and insights in karting. The track of Karting Genk is then a very good choice within the Benelux because of its accessibility and its character with European appeal and size. We liked very much the active workshop because of the skill of the staff and the tidiness of the site and the materials. Karting Genk is therefore highly recommended for an affordable day out with the team or staff!
For the 2nd year in row, we organised, the 100 miles endurance race at karting Genk, as network event for our agents. It was once again a great event and it was a very succesful evening. Everyone was satisfied and with the rain a very new, but nice experience ! Thank you very much for the professional organisation and until next year!
Although for some participants it was their first introduction to outdoor karting, everyone has had a very nice afternoon that was perfectly managed by the organisation. last minute changes themselves were received with a smile.
Worth repeating!
Together with the sales team of Carglass® we were at the Karting Genk. All went smoothly (professional reception, meeting facilities, lunch, the karting itself and the drink at the end) and everything perfectly within the timing which was agreed on beforehand. On behalf of the whole Carglass® salesteam a big thank you for this inspiring day.
Ons event was een karting met 15 mensen van ons bedrijf, een receptie voordien, bekeruitreiking en een etentje achteraf. Voor ons was dit event erg goed georganiseerd en verrassend. We werden zeer aangenaam verwelkomd en begeleid in het volledige gebeuren. Alles was erg duidelijk, iedereen voelde zich erg op zijn gemak. Samengevat: een aangenaam etablissement met zicht op het circuit, een leuke race voor onze mensen met een professionele karakter en lekker gegeten achteraf. Top dus, voor herhaling vatbaar en wij zijn van plan om zeker eens terug naar de ‘Kart after work’ te komen.
This is great as an office activity! Especially when combined with a small race so there was a bit of competition. Even the rain didn't spoil this.
Major event organised at Karting Genk (with 250 guests, professional relations). High-quality organisation and catering (BBQ) provided by the people of Karting Genk. Next year again!

We used Karting Genk as part of a European team meeting and the service, facilities and support were just perfect. Each time we organise a meeting in one of the European countries, we plan a karting evening and in this case it was one of the best tracks we have done so far. Absolutely recommended.

De BOES FAMILY DAY was een succes: iedereen was zeer tevreden !! Wij danken u vooral voor de puike organisatie en het joviaal onthaal en de begeleiding. Zeer knap dat u ons ontzorgd heeft om de mensen (en kinderen) tijdig op de juiste plaatsen te krijgen. Heel knap gedaan.
Ik wil toch even heel het team van Karting Genk bedanken voor ons bedrijfsevent afgelopen vrijdag. Al onze mannen waren laaiend enthousiast over het karten (in de regen karten vond het merendeel geweldig). En achteraf met het eten ging alles super vlot en was alles lekker en naar wens! Onthaal, bediening, instructies tijdens karten, alles is vriendelijk en goed verlopen. Dikke merci!
